The system of registration of IMEI codes of mobile devices in the Republic of Uzbekistan
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 22, 2018 No.-847
“On measures to streamline the accounting system of mobile devices in the Republic of Uzbekistan”, an IMEI codes registration system was established in Uzbekistan. According to the document, the STATE UNITARY ENTERPRISE REPUBLICAN CENTER FOR MANAGEMENT OF TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORKS OF UZBEKISTAN was certified as the operator of the system.
Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 17, 2019 No.-778
"About the procedure for registering mobile devices used, imported and produced for sale or personal use on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan", the procedure for establishing a system for registering IMEI codes of mobile devices was approved. According to the document, from December 1, 2019, registration of IMEI codes of mobile devices is carried out on a paid basis.

"On amendments and additions to the registration procedure for mobile devices used, imported or produced for sale or personal use on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

The payment should be made within 10 calendar days from the date of sending or filling the application at the UZIMEI office.

Warning for individuals
IMEI-code/codes must be registered within 30 calendar days after the first network event. Otherwise, no access to mobile communication services (GSM standard) will be provided.
Registration of IMEI codes of mobile devices is carried out by the person who imported the device into the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan
